Pioneer Community Energy Seeks a Community Outreach Manager The Community Outreach Manager works under direction of the Director of Public Affairs, Marketing and Programs and includes a wide range of responsibilities for advancing Pioneer’s electric services and programs by conducting strategic community outreach and advocacy for the agency overall. Duties include: Identifying expansion and growth opportunities for Pioneer. Initiating and developing collaborative relationships with new stakeholders, including potential member staff, elected officials, advocacy groups, and influential customers that may take advantage of Pioneer’s many benefits, including competitive and stable rates, and programs. Acting as the primary po
