RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Croy’s Transportation Department across all offices, with oversight of scoping, design, schedule, budgets, resources, quality control, and client relations. Serve as a point-of-contact for clients on transportation projects, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, and funding coordination; subcontracting, funding application; and coordination with DOTs. Manage and mentor all team members in Croy’s Transportation Department, as well as oversee all recruitment and retention efforts for the Department.
