Capital Improvement Program Manager
SUMMARY Under general supervision of the City Manager or Executive Team Leadership, the Capital Improvement Program Manager provides high-level professional capital improvement planning and implementation, project development, and engineering services engineering services for the City including engineering projects, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure planning. This position sets daily/weekly priorities for the City Engineer, leads the development of engineering standards and specifications, and represents the department in meetings.
